Arman Zand has more than 27 years of experience in technology and venture finance. He is currently the lead CFO at AZ Finance, a boutique strategy CFO advisory firm, and a Venture Partner at Tribe Capital, where he helps early stage portfolio companies with all facets of finance.

He was most recently interim CFO at Ingenuity Foods (acquired by Bel Group) and Zeni.ai, a Series B AI finance and accounting startup. Arman is also an angel investor and advisor to banks, venture capital firms, and their portfolio companies.

Arman started his career at Silicon Valley Bank in the US, India, U.K., the Middle East, and Asia, helping expand the bank globally over a 15-year span.

Arman speaks conversational Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, and Persian. He is a part-time professional faculty member at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, his alma mater.
