These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User," "Client," or "you") and AZ Finance ("AZ Finance," "we," or "us"), operated by AZ78 Capital, LLC, and govern your access to and use of:
- Our public marketing websites at azfinance.ai and armanzand.com (the "Website"); and
- Our client financial dashboard at finance.armanzand.com (the "Dashboard"), which integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online and other third-party services to provide financial reporting and analytics.
The Website and the Dashboard are together the "Services." Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.
2. The Services
The Website provides general information about AZ Finance and our services and lets you contact us. The Dashboard is a secure application, made available to engaged clients, that displays financial reports and analytics sourced from QuickBooks Online and related services. Access to the Dashboard is provisioned by AZ Finance and is limited to authorized users.
3. No Professional Advice via the Website
Content on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice, nor does it create a client or advisory relationship. Any engagement for CFO, accounting, or bookkeeping services is governed by a separate written engagement agreement between you and AZ Finance. You should not act or rely on Website content without seeking professional advice specific to your situation.
4. License Grant (Dashboard)
Subject to these Terms, AZ Finance grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Dashboard solely for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, sell, or make the Dashboard available to any third party without prior written consent from AZ Finance.
5. QuickBooks Online Integration
The Dashboard connects to your QuickBooks Online account through Intuit's official OAuth 2.0 API to retrieve financial data for display. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You authorize AZ Finance to access your QuickBooks Online data solely to generate financial reports and dashboards;
- We access only the data necessary to provide the services, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, and Accounts Receivable/Payable aging reports;
- Your QuickBooks Online data is subject to Intuit's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy;
- You may revoke access at any time through your Intuit account settings; and
- AZ Finance does not store your QuickBooks login credentials — authentication is handled exclusively through Intuit's secure OAuth 2.0 protocol.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through our forms, or use the contact form to transmit spam or malicious content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Dashboard.
7. User Responsibilities (Dashboard)
As a Dashboard user, you agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with unauthorized individuals;
- Ensure only authorized personnel within your organization access the Dashboard;
- Notify AZ Finance immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach; and
- Use the Dashboard in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Data Handling and Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data through encryption, secure authentication, minimal storage, access controls, and other industry-standard safeguards described there and in our Security Center.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, design, graphics, interfaces, text, and documentation, are the intellectual property of AZ Finance and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AZ Finance does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Financial data displayed in the Dashboard is sourced from QuickBooks Online, and AZ Finance is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of data provided by Intuit or any other third-party service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AZ Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Services. AZ Finance's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AZ Finance in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Term and Termination
These Terms are effective upon your first use of the Services and continue until terminated. Either party may terminate at any time with written notice. Upon termination of Dashboard access:
- Your access to the Dashboard will be revoked;
- AZ Finance will disconnect from your QuickBooks Online account;
- Any cached data will be deleted within 30 days; and
- Sections 9, 10, 11, and 13 shall survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
14. Modifications
AZ Finance reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post material changes on this page with a revised effective date and may notify Dashboard clients by email or through the Dashboard. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
