Dhan has more than 10 years of experience in financial planning and accounting operations across startups, nonprofits, and consumer brands. He is currently Sr. Controller at AZ Finance, a boutique strategic CFO advisory firm, where he partners with early-stage and growth-stage companies on all facets of finance.

Prior to AZ Finance, Dhan served as Sr. Controller at Manufactured Networks, Inc. and Finance Manager at Farmstead, both Silicon Valley-based Series A startups. Before his startup career, Dhan was Finance Manager at Kuehne+Nagel, one of the world's largest global logistics and freight forwarding companies, for over three years.

Earlier in his career, Dhan served as a Budget Technician in the U.S. Army Reserves, supporting government financial systems and audit readiness.

He holds an FMVA designation from the Corporate Finance Institute, with deep expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic financial planning.
